A wood floor is a naturally appealing addition to any home. Federation Plank, is a selection of the most famous Australian hardwood varieties. Our mill has been engineering these wonderful floors for many years, and has mastered the art.

Federation Plank is also available in a market leading long board, and uses only the finest quality European lacquers.

Features

• Board dimensions- 1830x133x14mm and 2190x133x14mm.
• Locking System 5G by Valinge.
• Graded according to AS2796 standard and better (applicable to standard range not rustic).
• Finished with 7 layers of quality BONA coating.
• Federation Plank has less short boards than most of the competition. Short Boards won’t exceed 33% per box.
• VOC Emissions: <E1, well below the recommended World Health Organization Level.
• Warranty- Limited Lifetime Structural Warranty and 25 years domestic wear warranty*
• Timber is a natural product, as such some features such as colour variation and knots are to be expected, this adds charm to any wood floor.
• Timber floors are hygroscopic, and react to the prevailing conditions of the installation, care should be taken to maintain a habitable environment for your floor.
• Excessive heat, sunlight, extreme humidity can have an effect on your timber flooring. All precautions including awnings, tinted windows, curtains, humidifiers etc should be used to maintain a habitable environment for your timber floor.
• Some slight noise can be associated with any wood flooring.

Federation Plank Rustic is a selection Blackbutt and Spotted Gum in all its natural glory. A full featured alternative Federation Rustic includes more gum veins, gum pockets, burls and bora holes. To finish off this range, Floor Distributors use the best of European lacquers in a textured brushed matt finish.

This range is an extremely stable alternative to many other engineered floors on the market.

Federation Plank with Core Protect is also available in a low sheen and brushed matt surfaces.
